The podcast: Sarah Ravellen reads...

I have been having great fun launching a new podcast on Anchor and Spotify. The first episode is now available.

I'll be reading some of my short stories and poems as I thought it would be fun to give you the option of listening as well as, or instead of, reading the text. Also you get to hear my voice and Nottinghamshire accent! I'll be releasing episodes periodically - in other words not regularly once a week or anything like that. I may dip my toes into book reviews at a later date, we'll see how it goes. I'm new to producing a podcast and while Anchor makes it very easy, there is still a lot to learn about making it sound ok. So please excuse the poor sound quality and fluffed lines. I'm sure I'll get better at it!

You'll find the Spotify widget at the bottom of the home page. Also, I add a link in the blog post at the top of the story I'm reading. The first one is me reading The Cook's Tale which is a 10 minute listen. I hope you enjoy it.
